In addition, I would add that the speed of the drip is controlled by the tightness of the filter cover that is above the grounds. The method takes a fine grind.. That would be about the first espresso stop on a grinder at the grocery store. Or, a very fine drip grind. Use more coffee than the lady shows for a stronger brew.
The brewers are available from most Asian Grocery Stores. One for each guest is appropriate.
