Comment by Steve MacDowall on January 3, 2010 at 7:47am: The icon for this section is from the notebook of Leonardo da Vinci who is my Inspiration. In no way do I even get close to his vision or talent, but one must shoot for the stars.

Comment by Richard Penney on January 2, 2010 at 11:12pm: I'm happy to know that you are going to let out that part of you which sees and seldom says. I feel that this year will be a good one for the artist in us all. Sometimes the verbal, which we are all here to enjoy, needs the visual back-up to become fulfilled. Still, further, we need to add the feeling and the knowing to be complete. A good drawing makes the circle complete.

But it said these are the first sketches (plural), however I could only see the one. I clicked on view all and the tagged bird. wooden, but could not get any other drawings up.
